Flight Status Proof

1. Delayed/cancelled flight certificates associated with tickets for flights actually carried by China Eastern and Shanghai Airlines may be downloaded within one year of the ticket issue date. You can enter the 26-digit certificate number for validation.

2. Only certificates for cancelled or delayed flights (departure or arrival delayed over 15 minutes) can be printed.

3. To ensure accuracy, passengers are advised to first attempt the download process 2 hours after their flight lands. Attempting the process any sooner may result in the word "pending" appearing on the certificate.

4. This certificate can serve as documentary evidence in the event of flight irregularities, but it in no way denotes that China Eastern shall be responsible for providing compensation or any other services. This certificate cannot be used for any other purpose without authorization from China Eastern and Shanghai Airlines.
